I have been trying to get miss Olivia in for a session now for a couple of months. It seems like between the weather, sickness, and all other sorts of bad timing it just wasn’t working out. We scheduled a Saturday morning time slot a while back and who would be worried about weather the 2nd weekend in June, right? Well it POURED all day on Friday and I was so delighted to wake up to SUN on the morning of our session. She was such a little sweetheart with the biggest eyes. I can’t wait to hear what she has to say once she starts jabbering because her expressions are priceless!

What a fun night spent with this sweet family. I was a bit worried about the weather as the clouds have looked a bit scary these past few days, but it all worked out! We headed down to the river and went for a walk then ended the evening playing a few games in the grass. Miss M asked if we could play again tomorrow, that’s when I know my job is the best! I would LOVE to play again day after day. How many people get to list “playing” as their source of employment. I do, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Thanks guys!!!

Not too long ago I ran a little contest through my Facebook Fan Page and I was totally blown away at the responses and the love messages I received from my fans. When I started this business I NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS imagined I would be where am I today and today I still feel like I am miles and miles from where I still want to go. So before I introduce these adorable little girlies I want to throw out the BIGGEST THANK YOU.

Okay on to what you came for. Meet Lily (sp?) and Jaycie. There is something truly special about these sisters and it kinda makes me sad that I never had a sister. L was such a confident and spunky six year old. She really knew how to show a little love for the camera and her lovely 3 year old sister has eyes that I would kill for! Ahhhh……

Welcome to the world little guy. I still can’t get over how awesome this little dude’s hair is. His mama was so awesome to call right away and we were able to take these photos before he was even 4 days old! Love that. I know you may all think it’s crazy to think about, you know, having a photographer to your home when you’ve just barely come home from giving birth yourself. But, in reality it’s probably the time you will least likely be able to remember down the road AND it’s gone before you know it!

Meet Cole. Isn’t he the most precious little man you’ve ever seen? I had the privilege of hanging out this morning with his momma and his Mimi. I think I adore him even more because he has a Mimi. My kiddos use the term “mimi” for all their grandmas and it’s just the sweetest. Mr C was such an awesome baby. He was nice and sleepy for the first half of the session then happy and alert for the rest.

So I had to take a brief break from blogging and oh how I missed it. I missed scrolling through and seeing these giggly-smily faces looking back.

Mr. Caden has grown up so much since I last saw him. It’s really unfair how this happens and I wish they would stay sweet little toddlers forever….or maybe just a teensy bit longer Caden sure thought I was silly, especially when he watched me fall smack down on my bum while trying to site in his lil’ chair. I need to remember that I’m a little unbalanced at the moment and must not try every “stunt” in the book to get a kiddo to laugh. Although I think it might of worked because all session long I heard, “that’s silly.” hehehe it’s fun to be silly!
